By leveraging the local infrastructure, Startup scene, academic institutions, and research facilities, BERLIN QUANTUM aims to position the city as a leading global center for quantum technologies, fostering innovation and economic growth in this cutting-edge field. With Leap Quantum Technology Hub & Events as its significant component, BERLIN QUANTUM represents a solid base for the fast and sustainable development of the quantum economy in Berlin, Germany. BERLIN QUANTUM is financially supported by the Berlin senate with € 25 Mio. from the Innovation Promotion Fund.

BERLIN QUANTUM is a new initiative launched in September 2023 to establish Berlin as an international hotspot for quantum technology research, development, and application. The initiative aims to create a competitive ecosystem for quantum technologies in Berlin.

What is the Quantum Campus?

The European Quantum Campus represents a growing number of leading hubs where quantum R&D takes place, where people can meet and work on the next milestones for the young quantum economy. This initiative started with the trilateral collaboration between France, Germany and the Netherlands; but is open to additional partners as we grow the ecosystem across Europe.
